Join Quality Care LLC as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and become an essential part of our mission to empower individuals in need of support. As a DSP, you will provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

-   Offering companionship and emotional support
-   Assisting with daily living skills including meal preparation and grocery shopping
-   Light housekeeping and laundry assistance
-   Providing transportation for appointments and errands
-   Supporting clients with their individual needs and goals

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
-   Previous experience working with individuals with developmental, intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, or in a caregiving role is preferred.
-   Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-   Ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care while promoting independence.
-   Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)
-   Pass background checks.
