## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Specialist Ophthalmologist** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating eye disorders, providing comprehensive ophthalmic care, and helping patients maintain and improve their vision.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose and manage a wide range of eye diseases and vision-related conditions.
-   Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and assess visual function.
-   Treat conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, and other ocular disorders.
-   Perform ophthalmic procedures and minor eye surgeries within the scope of clinical expertise.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
-   Identify and manage urgent eye conditions and refer complex cases when required.
-   Educate patients on eye health, disease prevention, and treatment options.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient care.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Requirements**

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MS, MD, DNB, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Ophthalmology.
-   Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
-   Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
-   Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
