## Description

This is a personal assistant position for a female entrepreneur.

You would mostly work remotely, but travel may be required at short notice, so you must be highly flexible and comfortable with an unpredictable travel schedule.

Seeking a highly organised, open-minded and adaptable assistant to provide all-round support across my personal life and business. The role is remote, with travel and in-person support when required, including last-minute trips.

**Responsibilities**

-   Manage my diary, appointments, meetings and daily schedule.
-   Arrange meetings, prepare briefing notes and track follow-up actions.
-   Attend meetings with me or on my behalf, take notes and communicate outcomes.
-   Coordinate flights, accommodation, transport, visas and travel itineraries.
-   Travel with me when required and assist with packing, unpacking and trip preparation.
-   Handle correspondence, documents, expenses and general business administration.
-   Coordinate with colleagues, clients, suppliers and personal contacts.
-   Manage personal errands, bookings and day-to-day requests.
-   Handle sensitive personal and business information with discretion.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant.
-   Excellent written and spoken English.
-   Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and sound judgement.
-   Confident using digital tools and managing tasks remotely.
-   Professional, discreet, resourceful and comfortable supporting both personal and business needs.
-   Flexible availability for changing schedules, occasional work outside normal hours and last-minute travel.
-   Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.

**Employment:** Initial three-month probationary period, followed by a permanent full-time position upon successful completion.
