**Your Impact: Key Responsibilities**

The Enterprise Operations Intern will support the Enterprise Operations team in driving operational efficiency, cross-functional project management, vendor/financial tracking, and marketing production logistics across revenue operations initiatives.

-   Assist with campaign management, task tracking, and workload capacity visibility within Asana
-   Support vendor management, procurement workflows (NDAs, SIF, accreditation), and supplier communication
-   Coordinate financial operations, budget tracking, and Finance ticketing submissions in Jira
-   Assist with quality assurance and logistics for marketing print collaterals, merchandise, and event materials
-   Support RevOps data hygiene, CRM reporting, and data validation initiatives across B2B accounts
-   Perform general administrative and operational support for Enterprise Operations
-   Vendor & Procurement Management

-   Help manage vendor communications, gather quotation specs, collect accreditation documents (NDAs, SIF, BIR 2303), and monitor vendor performance evaluations.

-   Finance Operations & Ticketing

-   Support the preparation and filing of finance requests, sponsorship payments, and bulk ticket imports into Jira Service Management.

-   Merchandise & Event Print Production

-   Coordinate proofing, sample approvals, and delivery timelines for marketing print items and corporate merchandise.

-   Data Management & Reporting Support

-   Assist with routine data cleaning, updates, marketing performance tracking, and preparing recurring reports across Revenue Operations initiatives.

**Qualifications: Skills & Experience**

-   Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
-   Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
-   Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
-   Familiarity with marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, Asana, or similar) is a plus
-   Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
