## Description

Job Title - Drinks Buggy Attendant

Location - Mill Green Golf Club

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Drinks Buggy Attendant to provide beverage service to golfers around the course. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, delivering excellent service, and creating a positive guest experience.

## Requirements

-   Operate the drinks buggy safely and responsibly around the golf course

-   Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing laws

-   Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

-   Handle cash and card payments accurately

-   Maintain stock levels and restock the buggy as required

-   Ensure the buggy is clean, organised, and presentable at all times

-   Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards

-   Report any issues or incidents to management promptly

### Skills & Experience

-   Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Confident handling money and payment systems
-   Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-   Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
-   Knowledge of responsible alcohol service (training can be provided)

### Requirements

-   Must be 18+ (due to alcohol service)
-   Valid driving licence preferred (if required for buggy operation)
-   Flexible availability, including weekends and peak golf times
