## Description

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is an orthopedic and sports medicine practice dedicated to expanding access to affordable, mission-driven care, especially for underserved patients. We are building an organization that supports high-quality care while improving the systems, processes, and operational foundations that help the practice grow effectively.

This role is a chance to contribute to that growth by strengthening core HR support functions and helping create a more consistent, scalable people operation. You will play an important part in supporting a fast-moving healthcare organization that values accountability, follow-through, and alignment with its mission.

### Responsibilities

-   Set standard operating procedures and follow them consistently.
-   Streamline processes and technology across HR support workflows.
-   Help support a growing organization through strong operational execution.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   3-10 years of experience in HR support or recruiting roles.
-   Hands-on experience with recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, drafting job posts, and managing candidates through offer and onboarding.
-   Experience building SOPs from scratch and improving HR workflows, including onboarding, payroll workflows, recruiting processes, and documented handoffs.
-   Experience with ADP Workforce Now, including creating employee logins and managing access systems.
-   Familiarity with HR compliance support.
-   Fluent English communication skills.
-   Availability to work during US business hours.

-   Familiarity with payroll processing workflows and employee data management.
