We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Finance Analyst** to join our finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with **0–2 years of experience** who have a strong foundation in finance, accounting, financial analysis, and business fundamentals. The Finance Analyst will support day-to-day financial activities, analyze financial data, prepare reports, and assist in developing insights that support business and financial decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in the **Finance domain**. You should be comfortable working with financial data, spreadsheets, reports, and basic financial models while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, management reports, and periodic financial statements.
-   Collect, organize, validate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources.
-   Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
-   Perform variance analysis to identify differences between actual financial performance and budgets or forecasts.
-   Assist in tracking revenue, expenses, costs, cash flows, and other key financial metrics.
-   Prepare Excel-based financial models, dashboards, MIS reports, and analytical summaries.
-   Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
-   Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, and transaction reviews where required.
-   Conduct financial and business research to support internal analysis and decision-making.
-   Identify trends, inconsistencies, and potential issues in financial data and escalate them appropriately.
-   Work closely with accounting, finance, operations, and other business teams to gather and validate financial information.
-   Maintain accurate documentation and ensure financial data is properly organized and updated.
-   Support senior finance team members with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements.

### Must-Have Skills

-   Strong understanding of the **Finance domain**, including basic financial analysis, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
-   Good understanding of **Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, revenue, expenses, and financial metrics**.
-   Strong analytical and numerical abilities with excellent attention to detail.
-   Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**, including formulas, sorting, filtering, PivotTables, and basic data analysis.
-   Ability to interpret financial data and convert it into meaningful insights.
-   Basic understanding of financial modeling and financial planning concepts.
-   Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
-   Good written and verbal communication skills.
-   Ability to work with large datasets while maintaining accuracy and data integrity.
-   Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

### Good-to-Have Skills

-   Exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or MIS reporting.
-   Familiarity with accounting or ERP software.
-   Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data-analysis tools.
-   Understanding of financial ratios and business performance indicators.
-   Internship or academic project experience involving finance, accounting, investment analysis, or business analytics.

### Education & Experience

-   Bachelor's degree in **Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration**, or a related field.
-   **0–2 years of relevant experience** in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related domain.
-   Fresh graduates with strong academic knowledge and relevant internships/projects are encouraged to apply.
