**Now Hiring: PCB Soldering Technician**  
**Milford, CT**  
**$18.00–$26.00/hour (based on experience)**  
**Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire**  
**Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:40 PM**

Revere Staffing Partners is hiring a **PCB Soldering Technician** for one of our growing manufacturing clients in Milford, CT. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an immediate need. If you have experience soldering printed circuit boards and are looking for a stable, full-time position, we'd love to hear from you!

### Responsibilities:

-   Perform hand soldering on printed circuit boards (PCB) and electronic components
-   Assemble electronic products according to work instructions and specifications
-   Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
-   Read and interpret assembly drawings and basic documentation
-   Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures

### Qualifications:

-   Previous PCB soldering experience required
-   Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
-   Ability to follow written instructions and quality standards
-   Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude
