This role owns the full product design lifecycle — from product thinking and user research to UX flows, UI execution, and design systems — ensuring every interaction supports trader trust, product clarity, and measurable business outcomes. Acting as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, Growth, and Leadership, this role builds a design culture that balances usability, speed, and high-impact execution. ## Requirements **Performance Objectives 1\. Product Design Objectives (Business Impact & Product Thinking) **Drive a clear, conversion-focused product experience aligned with business and user goals. **Key Outcomes: **▸ Audit end-to-end product journeys (discovery → comparison → signup → retention) ▸ Identify friction points impacting conversion, trust, and decision-making ▸ Redesign and optimize core product flows for clarity, speed, and engagement ▸ Align product design decisions with growth, revenue, and user behavior metrics ▸ Partner closely with Product to shape roadmap through design-led thinking Success looks like: Users quickly understand value, navigate effortlessly, and convert with minimal friction — with visible improvements in key product metrics. **2\. Own the full UI/UX Cycle ( End-to-end Design Execution) **Establish and own the complete UI/UX lifecycle from research to delivery and iteration. **Key Outcomes: **▸ Lead user research, discovery, and problem definition ▸ Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI across all key features ▸ Build, scale, and maintain a unified design system and component library ▸ Ensure seamless collaboration from design → development → release ▸ Standardize UX patterns and ensure consistency across all product touchpoints ▸ Continuously iterate through testing, feedback, and data insights Success looks like: A consistent, high-quality product experience delivered efficiently — with faster design cycles and strong alignment between design, product, and engineering. **3\. Build and Lead a High-Performing Design Function** Create a design culture that delivers both speed and quality at scale. **Key outcomes: **▸ Hire, mentor, and manage product designers as needed ▸ Establish clear ownership, processes, and delivery standards ▸ Act as a strategic design partner across Product, Growth, and Leadership ▸ Elevate design maturity, standards, and influence within the company Success looks like: A strong, scalable design function that directly contributes to product quality, user trust, and business growth. ### Required Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in product design (UI/UX), including leadership roles - Proven experience in SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, or data-heavy platforms - Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design ownership and business impact - Practical experience leveraging AI in UX research, design, prototyping, and experimentation - Strong ability to translate business goals into intuitive, conversion-driven product experiences - Experience building and scaling design systems across complex products - Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Growth - Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, user insights, and experimentation - Experience leading or mentoring designers and managing design workflows - Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design tools (Slack, Notion, Jira, etc.) - High ownership, strong communication, and ability to thrive in remote, async environments **Hiring stages:** We keep our process simple, transparent, and respectful of your time. Discovery interview with Head of HR: A conversation with Ani Meruzhan Margaryan focused on career journey, communication style, ownership mindset, and alignment with our remote, fast-paced environment. 4\. Practical design task: We may assign a short, role-relevant task reflecting real Prop Firm Match product challenges. This evaluates product thinking, prioritization, clarity, and practical design approach. 5\. Professional interview : A structured discussion with our external Hiring Manager exploring design thinking, product collaboration, and execution quality. The focus is on real project experience, decision-making process, and ability to deliver user-centered design in a fast-moving product environment. 6\. Leadership interview: Conversation with CEO and/or CTO focused on strategic thinking, ownership, and ability to build and scale the UI/UX function within a growing global product company. 7\.
