**Client 1 – M–Th, 4:00–6:00 PM – Hoschton, GA (Job ID: 24332179)**

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.

To kick things off, we’re also offering a **$500 sign-on bonus!**

**What You’ll Be Doing:**

-   Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
-   Track progress and communicate with families
-   Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support

## Requirements

What We’re Looking For:\*

-   **Active RBT Certification**
-   **Reliable transportation** to get to client’s homes
-   **High school diploma or equivalent** (college is a plus, but not required!)
-   Must be **18 or older**
-   Ability to **pass a background check**
-   Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

## Benefits

Pay Scale: $20-$28
