We are seeking a passionate Licensed professional to provide leadership and support to our facility based clinical operations, nationwide!

This role is primarily remote based, with regular travel to our facility locations.

Works with the Chief Clinical Officer and facility leadership to ensure success across Advanced Recovery Systems by completing the following:

**CORE JOB DUTIES**

-   Directly supervise facility Clinical Directors, as assigned, and stabilize facilities experiencing acute clinical leadership gaps.
-   Partner in periodic clinical program evaluations across assigned facilities, assessing clinical leadership, programming, and staffing conditions.
-   Support and help expedite rollout and ongoing use of the AI-driven quality pre-audit tool across all charts.
-   Directly oversee alumni programming and peer support specialists nationally across Advanced Recovery Systems.
-   Lead standardization of the alumni program, including consistent utilization of peer support specialists and alumni coordinators across Advanced Recovery Systems.
-   Support clinical documentation alignment to the KIPU EMR and regulatory standards across all operating states.
-   Support training and coaching for the migration from Avatar to KIPU EMR across The Recovery Villages facilities.
-   Support implementation of and ongoing adherence to an AMA/ATA discharge-prevention protocol.
-   Lead facility-level execution of patient engagement and experience enhancements, including group curriculum and family programming during treatment.
-   Support realignment and ongoing maintenance of case management structure and productivity standards across assigned facilities.
-   Support standardization of clinical job descriptions across Advanced Recovery Systems, holding direct reports accountable to defined scope and responsibilities.
-   Participate in knowledge-transfer and onboarding processes to support continuity of clinical leadership.
-   Overlap across all Advanced Recovery Systems facilities on group curriculum development, KIPU integration and sustainability, clinical documentation and quality, and AI quality-auditing oversight, regardless of direct-report lines.
-   Serve as a cross-departmental clinical trainer, delivering training on group therapy facilitation, the standardized group curriculum, de-escalation and trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing.
-   Support the clinical integration of newly acquired facilities into the combined operating model, under the direction of the Chief Clinical Officer.
-   Regularly travel to facility sites for on-site training, observation, and coaching.

## Requirements

**Education:**

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related health field.

**Experience:**

Minimum of 5 years in behavioral health with proven competence in clinical curriculum, fidelity, and implementation; 5–7 years in a clinical management role leading people and managing processes across multiple facilities.

**License/Credentials:**

Independently licensed or license-eligible (LCADC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, or other clinically relevant licensure) recognized in the primary jurisdiction(s) where services are delivered. CPR Certification required.
