**Job Summary**  
We are seeking a passionate and talented **Product Manager** to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with market needs and company goals.

-   Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform positioning.
-   Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, medical affairs, and supply chain teams to optimize promotional strategies, support educational initiatives, and maintain product availability.
-   Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and distributors to gather insights, address concerns, and support product adoption.
-   Lead product lifecycle management initiatives by identifying areas for product enhancement, planning line extensions, or preparing for potential phase-outs based on market and competitive dynamics.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s in pharmacy, Medicine, or relevant life sciences; MBA is a plus.
-   2–4 years of experience as Brand/Assistant Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with injectables, diabetes, metabolic, or obesity products.
-   Strong expertise in consumer (DTC) and HCP integrated campaigns, with proven marketing excellence.
-   Proficient in English & Arabic (written and verbal) with strong strategic, digital, and innovation focus.
-   Demonstrated success in launch readiness, brand building, and consumer marketing capability.
