## Description

**$15 per hour base, $40 per demo (from lead or appointment), .67 per mile reimbursement mileage.**

**Available for all shifts, including weekdays, weekends, daytime, and evening hours.**

Florida Window and Door is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join our **event marketing sales team**, both weekday and weekend shifts available.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, working on a team, and earning **commission in addition to base pay**.

You will represent our brand at **fairs,** **festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows, retail and big box stores;** promoting our industry-leading category 5 high impact resistant windows and doors to homeowners across the state of Florida.

## Requirements

-   Strong communication and people skills
-   Positive attitude and a team player mindset
-   Sales-minded and/or experience in lead generation/appointment writing
-   Comfortable standing for extended periods
-   Must be available to work either weekdays and/or **weekends**
-   Reliable transportation to event locations
-   Bilingual a plus.
