## Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Telesales Consultant** for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

-   Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
-   Present products and services persuasively over the telephone
-   Qualify leads and book appointments for senior sales representatives
-   Update CRM accurately with all call outcomes and pipeline activity
-   Consistently achieve and exceed daily and monthly call targets
-   Follow up on warm leads and manage a personal prospect database

Requirements

-   1+ year of telesales or outbound call centre experience
-   Confident, clear and articulate telephone manner with strong English skills
-   Resilient, target-driven personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment
-   Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
-   Reliable internet connection and a quiet home working environment
