About the Role 

We are looking for a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to join our team in Novi Sad and help drive the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of our digital products. 

In this role, you will own the product lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and gathering requirements to delivery, launch, and optimization. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities 

Product Strategy & Ownership 

-   Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.  

-   Translate business goals into clear product requirements and prioritized initiatives.  

-   Define product success metrics and monitor post-launch performance.  

-   Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.  

-   Maintain and continuously refine the product roadmap.  

Product Delivery 

-   Write and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation.  

-   Collaborate closely with Engineering and QA throughout the development lifecycle.  

-   Manage product backlog and ensure high-quality release planning.  

-   Coordinate releases and ensure successful product launches.  

-   Monitor delivery progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.  

-   Prepare release notes, product documentation, and training materials to support successful product launches.  

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

-   Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, QA, and other business teams to deliver product initiatives.  

-   Facilitate product discussions, planning sessions, and roadmap reviews.  

-   Align teams around priorities and product objectives.  

-   Communicate project progress, milestones, and timelines.  

-   Partner with Functional Team Leaders across the business to support product releases, end-user communication, knowledge transfer, and user adoption initiatives.  

-   Provide product training and enablement for internal stakeholders and department leads to ensure successful rollout of new features and capabilities.  

Product Optimization 

-   Analyze product performance using data and KPIs.  

-   Gather customer feedback and usage insights to identify opportunities for improvement.  

-   Lead continuous product enhancements based on user needs and business priorities.  

-   Maintain healthy backlog management and consistent release cadence.  

-   Incorporate feedback from business stakeholders and Functional Team Leaders to continuously improve product usability and adoption.

## Requirements

Requirements 

-   3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a software development environment.  

-   Experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery.  

-   Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).  

-   Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.  

-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  

-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.  

-   Experience working closely with software engineering teams.  

-   Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.  

-   Experience using product analytics and performance metrics to drive decisions. 

-   Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.  

-   Excellent written and spoken English.
