## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Team Leader** to lead a small Denmark-focused Sales & Collections team for an international bank based in Malta.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, sales performance, customer experience and collections – ideal for someone who enjoys coaching people while also working closely with targets, KPIs and operational performance.

### **Your Role**

You will lead a team of fewer than 10 agents and take responsibility for their day-to-day performance and development.

**You will:**

-   Lead, coach and develop the Sales & Collections team
-   Drive performance across sales, onboarding and collections
-   Own and follow up on key KPIs and targets
-   Monitor conversion rates, default rates and collections results
-   Support customer onboarding and document verification
-   Help develop effective collections strategies
-   Ensure customers are treated fairly and professionally
-   Identify opportunities to improve processes and team performance
-   Collaborate with other departments across the business
-   Ensure processes follow internal compliance standards and policies

## Requirements

**You have:**

-   Previous leadership experience
-   Experience within sales, collections, customer service, financial services or another performance-driven environment
-   Strong coaching and people-management skills
-   A commercial mindset and confidence working with KPIs
-   Excellent English
-   Fluency in Danish
-   An EU passport / right to work in Malta
