**Roles and Responsibilities:**

**Financial Operations Management**

-   Oversee accounts payable, disbursements, reimbursements, and expense management. 
-   Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented. 
-   Monitor cash flow and maintain sufficient funding for operational requirements. 
-   Review and endorse for final approval of payment schedules and financial transactions. 

**Financial Reporting & Analysis**

-   Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 
-   Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management. 
-   Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial trends. 
-   Support business planning and financial forecasting activities whenever applicable. 

**Tax & Regulatory Compliance**

-   Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and other government requirements. 
-   Oversee tax filings, remittances, and statutory reporting. 
-   Coordinate with auditors, accountants, and regulatory agencies. 
-   Keep management informed of changes in financial and tax regulations. 
-   Internal Controls & Process Improvement
-   Establish and maintain financial controls and policies. 
-   Ensure compliance with company financial procedures. 
-   Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 
-   Safeguard company assets and financial records. 

**Treasury & Cash Management**

-   Monitor company cash position and working capital. 
-   Manage banking relationships and financial transactions. 
-   Oversee cash advances, reimbursements, and liquidation processes. 

**Team Leadership**

-   Coach, supervise, and develop finance personnel. 
-   Assign, monitor, and review work outputs of the finance team. 
-   Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback. 
-   Promote accountability and continuous improvement within the department.

## Requirements

-   At least 2 years experience as a Finance supervisor
-   Proven experience in AP/AR
-   With vendor accreditation process and bookkeeping experience
-   Good verbal and written English skills
-   Willing to work onsite in **Buendia, Makati**
-   Amenable working night shift
