## Description

We’re hiring our first Director of Clinical Transformation to lead customers from signed contracts through successful launch and early adoption.

You will own the customer onboarding experience from kickoff through implementation and launch. You will collaborate closely with our customers to understand their clinical operation workflows and how they are transformed by adopting Predoc’s product suite. You’ll lead with curiosity and execute with urgency and rigor.

You’ll be a trusted liaison between our customers and Predoc, leading cross-functional teams and creating accountability across stakeholders who may not report to you. You’ll build durable customer relationships while keeping implementations focused, pragmatic, and moving forward.

You know what’s possible, you’re not afraid to break down complex problems and roll up your sleeves, and you do so strategically. You’ll be comfortable working deeply with an individual customer while also thinking strategically about how to improve Predoc’s partnership operations, implementation process, and ability to launch customers quickly and successfully.

## Requirements

**Responsibilities**

- Own new customer onboarding and implementation from kickoff through launch
- Lead customer discovery sessions with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to understand workflows, roles, handoffs, decision points, documentation requirements, systems, and desired outcomes
- Develop a deep understanding of how care is delivered within each customer’s environment, including how clinicians and staff use their EHR and other clinical systems
- Develop a deep understanding of Predoc’s internal clinical operations, service delivery processes, capacity, and constraints, and incorporate these into customer workflow design and launch decisions
- Map current-state clinical workflows and identify where Predoc’s services can reduce friction, improve operations, or create value without disrupting care delivery
- Translate clinical and operational needs into a clear implementation strategy, including workflow design, configuration decisions, requirements, scope, tradeoffs, and launch criteria
- Validate proposed workflows directly with customers, lead operational acceptance testing, and support initial live workflows to identify and resolve gaps
- Partner with the technical implementation engineers to translate customer workflows into operational requirements and configuration decisions, validate feasibility, and resolve gaps with Product
- Serve as a credible partner to clinicians, clinical operations leaders, informatics teams, EHR administrators, and technical stakeholders. Build trust by understanding both their day-to-day work and the systems that support it
- Program-manage implementations end to end, coordinating Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and customer teams to resolve dependencies, manage risk, and deliver a successful launch
- Establish implementation plans, milestones, decision logs, readiness criteria, and success metrics that keep both the customer and Predoc accountable
- Build strong, durable customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding and implementation.
- Learn from every implementation and advocate for customer needs internally. Surface recurring feedback about clinical workflows, EHR constraints, product behavior, services, and implementation processes, and help translate those insights into strategic decisions.
- Codify what works into repeatable clinical workflow maps, playbooks, templates, checklists, and training materials so that each implementation becomes faster and more effective than the last.
- Lead a thoughtful handoff from implementation into ongoing partnership operations, ensuring the customer and internal teams have the clinical, operational, and technical context needed to maintain momentum

**Qualifications**

- 10+ years of relevant experience within healthcare technology
- Experience owning complex customer implementations from kickoff through launch, ideally in a healthcare environment.
- Experience working with clinical workflows, EHRs, and other clinical systems
- A strong problem solver who can break down ambiguous, complex challenges, ask the right questions, make thoughtful decisions and drive projects forward
- Strong people management skills, including direct management and cross-functional leadership
- Excellent communicator who can build trust with clinicians, operators, technical teams, and executives
- Strong documentation and process-design skills
- Strategic and detail-oriented
