As a Finnish-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be the primary point of contact for Finnish-speaking players, ensuring their queries and issues are handled with professionalism and care. ### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional support to Finnish-speaking players via chat, email, and social media platforms.
-   Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues promptly and effectively.
-   Gather and relay player feedback to internal teams to improve Supercell’s products and services.
-   Maintain accurate and detailed records of player interactions and support tickets.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize support processes and enhance player satisfaction.
-   Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base content.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Finnish is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred. Clearly state your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
-   Excellent communication skills with a strong player-focused attitude.
-   Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
