## Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled **Associate Video Editor & Videographer** to join our marketing and content team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete content production process, from planning and shooting to editing and delivering high-quality videos. You should have a strong eye for storytelling, excellent editing skills, and a passion for creating engaging content across digital platforms.  
  
**Key Responsibilities  
**  
\-Handle end-to-end video production, including pre-production, filming, editing, and final delivery.

\-Produce engaging content such as documentaries, short films, promotional videos, interviews, and social media reels.

\-Capture high-quality video footage using professional camera equipment.

\-Edit videos using industry-standard software while ensuring high production quality.

\-Apply transitions, motion graphics, color correction, sound design, and visual effects where appropriate.

\-Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling visual content aligned with brand guidelines.

\-Organize and maintain video assets, raw footage, and project files.

\-Stay updated with the latest video production trends, editing techniques, and social media content formats.

## Requirements

### Required Skills

-   Exceptional video editing and storytelling skills.  
    **Experience**: 2-3 years

-   Strong videography and camera handling experience.
-   Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro** and **Adobe After Effects**.
-   Familiarity with **CapCut**, **Adobe Photoshop**, and **Canva**.
-   Basic understanding of lighting, framing, audio recording, and video composition.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
-   Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
-   Experience with **DaVinci Resolve** for color grading and editing.
-   Knowledge of **Adobe Illustrator** and **Adobe InDesign** is a plus.
-   Experience producing content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

### Qualifications

-   Bachelor's degree is preferred.
-   Skills, portfolio, and hands-on experience will be prioritized over academic qualifications.
-   A strong portfolio showcasing documentaries, short films, reels, or other creative video projects is required.
