## Description

\- Position: Senior Backend Engineer  
  
\- Experience:  
\- 3+ years of hands-on experience building distributed systems using Go or Python.  
  
\- Responsibilities:  
\- Design, own, and operate scalable microservices.  
\- Shape and develop APIs to meet product and business needs.  
\- Mentor and support the growth of other engineers on the team.  
\- Ensure the reliability of cloud services by implementing observability, robust testing, and CI/CD best practices.  
  
\- Desired Skills:  
\- Strong background in distributed systems architecture.  
\- Proficiency in Go or Python.  
\- Experience with microservices design and operations.  
\- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and service reliability.  
\- Commitment to engineering excellence through testing and continuous integration/deployment.
