**Make a Difference in Senior Behavioral Health**

We are recruiting a **Geriatric Psychiatrist** to join a **140-bed behavioral health hospital** located in **Valdosta, Georgia**.

The hospital offers comprehensive inpatient psychiatric care, as well as Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services.

**Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions affecting older adults
-   Provide inpatient psychiatric services
-   Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
-   Develop individualized treatment plans
-   Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   MD or DO
-   Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
-   Fellowship training or significant experience in Geriatric Psychiatry preferred
-   Eligible for Georgia medical licensure
