**WORK YOU’LL DO  
**As an **AI Business Transformation Consultant**, you will support large-scale AI transformation programs within the banking sector, focusing on business analysis, process optimization, and the implementation of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.  
The Business Transformation Consultant plays a key role in delivering **AI-enabled transformation programs**, helping clients reimagine their operations through innovative technologies and data-driven solutions.  
**Leading Responsibilities  
**-   Conduct business and process analysis to identify automation and optimization opportunities across banking operations  
    
-   Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and AI use case definitions  
    
-   Support the design and implementation of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions aligned with client objectives  
    
-   Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and Data/AI engineering teams  
    
-   Contribute to AI-driven transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities  
    
-   Support project management activities, including delivery tracking, timelines, and reporting  
    
-   Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance of AI solutions  
    
-   Drive adoption activities, including stakeholder engagement and change management support  
    
**WHO WE RE LOOKING FOR?  
**-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field  
    
-   4+ years of experience in business analysis and/or consulting, ideally within banking or financial services  
    
-   Strong understanding of business processes and transformation methodologies  
    
-   Exposure to AI/GenAI concepts and digital transformation initiatives  
    
-   Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications  
    
-   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills  
    
-   Experience with AI use case design or automation initiatives  
    
-   Familiarity with Agile methodologies  
    
-   Understanding of data, analytics, or AI engineering workflows
