### Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet client specifications.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and project managers to deliver high-quality web solutions.
-   Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and responsive design across devices.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to WordPress functionality and performance.
-   Implement best practices for security, including regular updates and vulnerability assessments.
-   Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to enhance team capabilities.
-   Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in WordPress and web development to continuously improve processes.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a WordPress developer or in a similar role.
-   Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL related to WordPress development.
-   Strong experience with WordPress CMS architecture, including custom post types, taxonomies, and hooks.
-   Demonstrated ability to build responsive and user-friendly websites optimized for performance.
-   Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git, and collaborative development workflows.
-   Knowledge of website security principles and best practices to protect against vulnerabilities.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
