### Finance Manager

**Cape Town (Hybrid) | Full-time | Competitive salary + benefits**

### Overview

A fast-growing financial advisory firm supporting US-based online businesses is looking for a driven Finance Manager to join their Cape Town team.

This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and excited to help scale high-growth digital businesses through strong financial management, modelling, and strategic insight.

### About the Role

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations for a portfolio of complex clients. This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to leadership teams.

You’ll operate in a dynamic environment, working closely with both internal teams and international clients to improve performance and profitability.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage financial operations for multiple client accounts
-   Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
-   Deliver accurate financial reporting and performance analysis
-   Provide strategic financial support to management teams
-   Support business planning, decision-making, and growth initiatives
-   Manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
-   Communicate insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders

### What We’re Looking For

-   Strong financial management and budgeting expertise
-   Advanced Google Sheets and financial modelling skills
-   Experience with financial reporting and analysis
-   Strong organisational and analytical capability
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
-   CA(SA) / CA(SA)-eligible / CGMA preferred
-   Experience working with online businesses (SaaS, ecommerce, agencies, creators) advantageous
