Fastbreak AI is a rapidly growing leader in sports operations software. Our products create the schedules of professional leagues like the NBA, MLS, and NHL and over 65 leagues worldwide, and our platforms run some of the largest youth and amateur sports organizations across North America. We are intent on providing the best customer support in sports technology. Our youth sports customers, including leagues, clubs and tournament organizers, run live sports events where reliability makes a huge difference in the lives of participants and their families.

Our Travel team is seeking an Account Success Specialist to proactively connect with sports teams already registered for upcoming events and secure their hotel stays through our preferred hotel partnerships. This is an entry-level, outbound-focused role ideal for someone who's persuasive, personable, and motivated by hitting goals.

**Responsibilities**

-   Make outbound calls to coaches and team managers whose teams are confirmed for upcoming tournaments and events.
-   Educate teams on the benefits of booking through Fastbreak AI's preferred hotel partners, including rates, amenities, and convenience.
-   Guide teams through the booking process and secure room night commitments to meet individual and team targets.
-   Maintain accurate records of outreach, call outcomes, and booking status in our CRM/booking system.
-   Follow up persistently with teams that haven't yet booked, using a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
-   Maintain current knowledge of our hotel partner network, rates, and booking policies to answer questions confidently.
-   Address basic questions about the booking process, reservation details, and payment timelines, escalating complex issues as needed.
-   Collaborate with the broader Travel team to identify trends, objections, and opportunities to improve booking conversion.
-   Perform other duties as assigned.

## Requirements

-   Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and initiating conversations with new contacts.
-   Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar outbound/phone-based role preferred.
-   Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
-   Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and resilience in the face of rejection.
-   Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across a high volume of calls.
-   Some knowledge of hotel markets and brand standards 
-   Comfortable using basic telephony systems, CRM tools, and computer applications.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Onsite Requirement: As a condition of your employment with Fastbreak AI, you will be required to work onsite at our Charlotte, NC office.
