### **Job Description**

A well-established rural health clinic is seeking a **patient-centered, empathetic Physician to join its** collaborative care team. This practice provides comprehensive outpatient services, convenient on-site resources, and access to multiple specialties.

The clinic offers a supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality, relationship-driven care to a diverse patient population.

### **Position Overview**

-   Full-time, employed position
-   Outpatient-only setting
-   Rural Health Center designation
-   Collaborative team consisting of **1 Physician and 1 Nurse Practitioner**
-   On-site services include **X-ray and laboratory services**
-   Access to specialty care, including:

-   OB/GYN
-   Cardiology
-   Behavioral Health
-   Endocrinology

### **Schedule**

-   Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-   Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

## Requirements

-   **Board Eligible or Board Certified** in Family Medicine (required)
-   Open to both **new graduates and experienced physicians**
-   Eligible for **Indiana medical licensure**
-   Must maintain **BLS and ACLS certifications**
