## Description

**About The Role**

The Escrow Funder is responsible for performing key accounting tasks to support the Escrow operations of Executive Title Agency.

**What You’ll Do**

·         Review closing invoices for accuracy.

·         Accurately disburse a high volume of closings once funded.

·         Balance funds on the closing transaction.

·         Verify all incoming/outgoing wire information.

·         Release outgoing wires.

·         Prepare daily accounting log.

·         Review outstanding check log.

·         Analyze files for discrepancies prior to disbursement.

·         Locate funds from bank and receipt into file.

## Requirements

-   ·        High school diploma or equivalent required.

-   ·         Requires at least 5 years of relevant escrow experience.

-   ·         Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
