## Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking a Spanish-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This exciting role involves working in a fast-paced, international environment and focusing on maintaining safe and trustworthy digital experiences for Spanish-speaking users.

The successful candidate will monitor user content, identify and mitigate safety risks, and collaborate with internal teams to enforce community guidelines and improve digital safety standards.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and evaluate user-generated content for compliance with trust and safety policies tailored to Spanish-speaking audiences.
-   Respond proactively to safety incidents and user concerns.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance safety strategies and processes.
-   Analyze data trends related to digital trust and safety and provide insights to support continuous improvements.
-   Stay informed about relevant regulations, policies, and industry best practices in digital safety.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written), and a high level of English, is essential.
-   You must clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation assistance may be provided, but an EU residency/passport is mandatory.
