## Description

**BALLWIN AND ELLISVILLE AREAS-PT DAYS**

-   **Assist with Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming)**
-   **Provide Companionship and Emotional Support**
-   **Support Clients with Higher Acuity Needs, Including:**
-   **Transfers (use of gait belts, Hoyer lifts, etc..)**
-   **Feeding Assistance & Meal Preparation**
-   **Monitoring and Reporting Changes in Condition**
-   **Light Housekeeping**
-   **Medication Reminders**

**Requ**irements

-   **At least 18 years of age**
-   **Up to date Driver's License and auto insurance**
