### Responsibilities

-   Greet and welcome visitors and customers as they enter the dealership.
-   Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments efficiently.
-   Schedule appointments for service and other customer needs using our dealership's scheduling system.
-   Manage front desk operations including managing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory.
-   Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle inventory, service details, and financing options.
-   Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a professional environment.
-   Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and customer record management.
-   Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure timely responses.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in office administration is a plus.
-   Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
-   Proficiency with phone systems, scheduling software, and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
-   Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
-   Positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
-   Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and administrative tasks.
-   Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
