## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and **experienced Strategy & Finance Consultan**t to join our dynamic team at PLANET S.A., a leading management consulting firm. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advising our clients on strategic and financial matters to drive business growth, improve performance, and achieve organizational objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Depending on your level, you will:

-   Conduct strategic analyses (market trends, competitive positioning, business modeling).
-   Develop financial models to support investment decisions, budgeting, and forecasting.
-   Support/lead client engagements with clear, data-driven recommendations.
-   Guide business plan development, feasibility studies, and capital structuring.
-   Advise on cost optimization, KPI frameworks, and operational efficiency.
-   Work on co-financed or policy-driven projects (e.g., Recovery & Resilience Fund, NSRF).

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

-   3– 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate finance, strategy, or advisory.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
-   Ability to stay current with industry, market, and regulatory developments
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial software/tools.
-   Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
-   Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and interpret complex business issues.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have (will be considered an asset)

-   Certifications such as CFA or PMP.
-   Familiarity with the FAST standard for financial modelling.
-   Knowledge of the institutional frameworks governing co-financed programs, such as Development Law, NSRF, Recovery and Resilience Fund, Strategic Investments, and similar initiatives.
