We are hiring on behalf of our client for the role of **Norwegian Customer Service Agent - Remote/On-site** in Greece! ### Responsibilities

-   Manage incoming chat, mail or phone calls.
-   Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
-   Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication.
-   Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools.
-   Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents.
-   Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **Norwegian** (C1-C2)
-   Very good command of **English**(B2 –C1)
-   Good MS Office skills
-   Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills
-   Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
-   Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
