## Description

-   Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure and connectivity.
-   Support configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and network devices under supervision.
-   Prepare and maintain **network documentation**, including network diagrams, IP planning sheets, and asset records.
-   Develop and update **SOPs** for basic network operations such as failover and link up/down procedures.
-   Assist with network implementation, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities.
-   Collaborate with the Network team to ensure smooth and secure network operations.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, Information Technology**, or a related field.
-   Basic knowledge of **Networking Fundamentals**, **OSI & TCP/IP models**, and **IP Addressing & Subnetting**.
-   Understanding of **Routing (Static, Default Routes)** and **Switching concepts (MAC Table, VLANs, Trunking)**.
-   Familiarity with **ARP, ICMP, DNS, and DHCP**.
-   Proficiency in **Microsoft Visio/draw.io**, **MS Excel**, and **MS Word**.
-   Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
