## Description

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Streaming Services team based in Greece. This role includes a fully paid relocation package, making it an excellent chance to advance your career while experiencing life in Greece.

As a French Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our client, assisting French-speaking customers with inquiries related to streaming services, subscription management, technical issues, and content access. You will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and enjoyable streaming experience for our customers.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking customers regarding streaming services
-   Assist with subscription management, billing questions, and troubleshooting technical issues
-   Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
-   Collaborate with technical and content teams to address and resolve complex issues
-   Stay informed about new features, promotions, and streaming service updates

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills
-   Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably in telecommunications, tech, or streaming services
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece with full support provided
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus
