### **Job Summary**

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative for a remote B2C solar sales role. You will be responsible for engaging homeowners, generating qualified leads, and booking consultations for solar energy solutions. This is a high-impact, outbound sales position ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for renewable energy.

This role is perfect for professionals seeking remote sales jobs, entry-level SDR roles, or those with experience in B2C outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners to introduce solar solutions
-   Qualify leads based on property details, energy usage, and interest level
-   Schedule appointments for Solar Consultants/Closers
-   Handle objections and educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy
-   Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
-   Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, appointments set, conversions)
-   Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies
-   Stay updated on solar industry trends and product offerings

## Requirements

-   2+ year experience in Sales Development, Telemarketing, or B2C Sales (solar experience is a strong advantage)

-   Proven experience in outbound calling and lead generation
-   Strong English communication and persuasion skills
-   Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment
-   Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
-   Reliable internet connection and home office setup

**Preferred:**

-   Experience in solar, renewable energy, or home improvement sales
-   Track record of exceeding sales or appointment-setting targets
