## Description

**Licensed Marriage Family Therapist Supervisor**

**Location:** Maryland  
**Pay:** $100/hr to $250/hr  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday

**Job Summary**

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking Maryland clinical supervisors who can provide strong guidance to developing mental health professionals. This role is a good fit for supervisors who enjoy helping clinicians improve their clinical judgment, documentation, ethical decision-making, and confidence in practice.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide clinical supervision and professional guidance
-   Review documentation, treatment plans, ethics, and casework
-   Support supervisees as they build clinical judgment
-   Follow Maryland supervision and licensing standards
-   Maintain clear supervision structure and records

## Requirements

-   Active Maryland clinical license in good standing
-   Eligible license types may include Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C)
-   Must meet Maryland requirements to provide supervision
-   Prior supervision experience preferred
