## Description

**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Location:** Arizona  
**Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

This full-time telehealth role gives you the opportunity to provide meaningful therapy services while keeping a steady weekday schedule. You’ll work with Arizona clients who are looking for support with communication, stress, relationship concerns, and healthier ways to move forward.

**Responsibilities**

-   Conduct remote therapy sessions
-   Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
-   Help clients build healthier communication and coping skills
-   Provide support for individuals, couples, and families
-   Keep clinical notes accurate and current
-   Maintain professional and ethical care standards

## Requirements

-   Active Arizona LMFT license
-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
-   Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
-   Strong communication and documentation skills
-   Comfortable working through telehealth platforms
