**Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per year**

**Hybrid: London or Leeds**

People Operations is the central pillar in how we manage the day to day employee experience, creating a company we are all proud to work for. This can cover anything from onboarding and offboarding to how employees access and record key information.  As such, we’re looking for a detail oriented and people focused person to join our team. You will work closely with the Head of People Operations to support the administration of the full employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in getting the details right every time ensuring our employee data is accurate, our documentation is perfect, and our day-to-day operations run smoothly.

### The role

We are looking for a detail-oriented People Operations Administrator to join our People team. Working closely with the Head of People Operations, you will support the administration of the employee lifecycle and play a role in our migration to a new HRIS. You will:  

-   **Managing our new HRIS migration:** Ensuring the migration from Bamboo to Rippling goes smoothly including all technical integrations, data reconciliation and accuracy and timings for launch remain on track

-   **Own the JML Process (Joiners, Movers, Leavers):** Manage the essential paperwork and logistics for our staff. You will oversee the full lifecycle: reviewing contracts for new joiners, checking Right to Work documentation, processing role changes, and managing offboarding.
-   **Process Optimisation:** Proactively review all People Operations processes and drive efficiencies through AI to reduce the amount of manual work involved.
-   **Data Integrity & Systems Support:** Act as the guardian of our employee data. You will support our migration to Rippling by auditing data accuracy, updating employee records, and helping to test new workflows to ensure the new system launches successfully.
-   **Payroll Support Support:** checking the accuracy of the monthly payroll run, collating and verifying data for starters, leavers, and changes. You will ensure our data is 100% accurate before submission and assist with responding to payroll-related queries.
-   **Document Production:** Help the team produce high-quality documentation. You will format job descriptions, update systems, and ensure all our HR letters are accurate and professional.
-   **Benefits Administration:** Handle day-to-day administration of employee benefits schemes, including processing enrolments, managing changes, and responding to employee queries.

## Requirements

### **Essential:**

-   Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in a fast paced digital environment.
-   Attention to detail: You have managed complex processes before and understand the importance of accuracy.
-   Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience using and maintaining systems.
-   Data Mindset: Strong data management skills and comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for verifying information.
-   Numerate Confidence: with numbers and financial calculations - much of the work we do will impact pay and we need to calculate things correctly.
-   Proactive: A problem-solver who looks for ways to improve processes and reduce manual work.
-   Discretion: Professional and discreet when handling sensitive employee information.

### **Desirable:**

-   Experience with using modern web software and task management tools such as Jira.
-   Interest in developing automation and using systems to reduce repetitive tasks.
-   A basic understanding of UK employment law.
-   Demonstrated interest in HR and people operations as a career.
-   Experience in a high-growth, Tech, or PE-backed business.
