**Now Hiring: Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) – California**

**Location: Chula Vista, California**

**Employment Type: Full-Time**

**Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits** 

Are you a dedicated LPCC passionate about delivering quality mental health care remotely? We are seeking empathetic, skilled, and licensed counselors to provide virtual therapy services to clients across California.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct virtual individual, group, or family therapy sessions.
-   Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
-   Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
-   Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in EHR systems.
-   Participate in case consultations and ongoing training sessions.

## Requirements

-   Active LPCC license in California (required).
-   Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
-   Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure preferred.
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms.
-   Strong communication, empathy, and time-management skills.
