### Responsibilities

-   Dismantle machines, using hammers, wrenches, crowbars, and other hand-held tools
-   Follow and help create layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings for installation.
-   Move machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
-   Assemble and install equipment, such as shafting, conveyors, etc.
-   Align machines and equipment, using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs.
-   Assemble machines and bolt, weld, rivet, or otherwise fasten them to foundation or other structures, using hand tools and power tools.
-   Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production.
-   Takes precise measurements
-   Plans proper sequence of tasks to complete the assignment.
-   Monitors production, adjusting feed and other settings as necessary.
-   Maintains inventory of completed products.
-   Performs machine maintenance and minor repairs as necessary.
-   Maintains a safe and clean workstation.
-   Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
-   Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
-   Full time, single shift: 5 days/8 hours per day schedule: 7:00 am-3:30 pm Monday-Friday

-    Overtime work may be available for non-exempt employees

## Requirements

-   Certification or training in millwrighting is a plus.

-   Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety
-   Proficient in math
-   Skilled with a variety of both small and large hand and power tools, overhead cranes, hoists, man-lifts, forklifts and related tools and moving equipment.
-   Basic computer skills
-   Strong attention to detail / attitude toward safety. 
-   Team player
-   Self-motivated
