### Responsibilities

-   Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their financial needs.
-   Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell appropriate financial products and services.
-   Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and client demands.
-   Provide detailed presentations and product demonstrations to clients to facilitate informed decision-making.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
-   Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management on a monthly and quarterly basis.
-   Keep abreast of industry developments, regulations, and company offerings to maintain up-to-date knowledge.

## Requirements

-   Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience within the financial services industry.
-   Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and regulatory environment.
-   Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
-   Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-   Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
