Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to offer a position for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative at a reputable insurance company based in Greece. This role involves providing excellent customer support to German-speaking clients, assisting them with their insurance inquiries and claims.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide professional and efficient customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding insurance products and services.
-   Assist customers with policy information, claims processing, and other insurance-related inquiries.
-   Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
-   Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company insurance products, terms, and conditions.
-   Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for compliance.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate prompt resolution of complex client issues.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
