## Description

**kovald** is a fast-growing digital agency looking for a **Graphic Designer**, to join our Marketing team in **Athens**. This role reports directly to the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design.

**Responsibilities**

-   Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
-   Create and design graphic design materials to be used in our partners' sites, social media channels, Google ads, affiliate networks, web banners, newsletters and animated videos.
-   Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
-   Adapt concepts for maximized performance in multiple streams and mediums.
-   Deliver solutions that support the desired business outcomes with minimal guidance.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in graphic design.
-   Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc).
-   Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
-   Demonstrate a strong portfolio.
-   Willingness to learn about new marketing strategies and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
-   Great interpersonal and communication skills.
-   Excellent command of Greek & English.

-   Experience in a Digital Agency.
-   Experience in motion graphics and animation.
