## Description

Job responsibilities:  
\- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs and objectives.  
\- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.  
\- Create and present compelling advertising proposals and strategies to clients.  
\- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and success.  
\- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to deliver effective advertising campaigns.  
\- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.  
\- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.  
\- Proven experience in advertising sales or a similar role.  
\- Strong understanding of advertising principles and strategies.  
\- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.  
\- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.  
\- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.  
\- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
