## Description

**Work Setup:** Onsite

**Location:** IT Park, Cebu

**Schedule:** Nightshift

**Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
-   6 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
-   Minimum 2 to 3 years of people management experience.
-   Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).
-   Prior experience in a BPO / Shared Services / Global Business Services environment.
-   Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams.
-   Demonstrated experience working closely with customers and client stakeholders.
-   Experience managing operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation initiatives is preferred

**Responsibilities:**

-   Lead and manage Vendor Master Data (VMD) and Accounts Payable operations to ensure service delivery excellence.
-   Monitor daily operational performance, productivity, quality, SLA adherence, and backlog management.
-   Drive operational governance, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
