Mercier Consultancy MD is currently hiring a German Speaking Travel Support Advisor to work in Sofia, Bulgaria. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist German-speaking customers with their travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
-   Efficiently manage bookings, cancellations, and itinerary modifications.
-   Deliver personalized travel advice and recommendations to enhance customer experience.
-   Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
-   Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions.
-   Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends and company offerings to provide informed support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.
-   Experience in travel support, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM software is a plus.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with paid relocation assistance provided.
