We are seeking an experienced **Director of Rooms** to lead Front Office and Housekeeping operations for a full-service Marriott property in the Southeast. This role is responsible for driving guest satisfaction, operational consistency, and team performance across the Rooms Division.

• Lead and develop Front Office and Housekeeping teams

• Drive guest satisfaction and service standards

• Manage labor, budgets, and departmental performance

• Partner with executive leadership on operational strategy

## Requirements

• 3+ years in Rooms Division leadership (Director or Assistant Director level)

• Full-service Marriott or comparable brand experience required

• Strong leadership and operational execution skills

## Benefits

• Base salary up to $110,000

• 20% annual bonus
