Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Media & Entertainment industry. This role offers a chance to engage with clients passionate about media content, ensuring they receive outstanding support and assistance tailored to their needs.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients across various platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to media subscriptions, content access, and technical support.
-   Handle issues related to billing, account management, and services, ensuring timely resolution.
-   Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
-   Stay updated on the latest media content, offerings, and company policies to provide accurate information.
-   Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records for future reference.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any escalated customer issues promptly.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service, especially in the media or entertainment sector, is a plus.
-   Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
-   Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
-   A passion for media and entertainment, with an understanding of industry trends.
