**The Role**

As an IT Graduate, you will join our IT team and gain broad exposure to the technology systems and support functions that underpin a growing international organisation.

You will support day-to-day IT operations while developing practical experience across user support, hardware and software, systems administration, cybersecurity and technology projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide first-line IT support to users across the organisation.
-   Assist with hardware and software setup and troubleshooting.
-   Support user account and access management.
-   Assist with IT asset management.
-   Support the maintenance of IT systems and documentation.
-   Assist with software and system updates.
-   Support IT security and compliance initiatives.
-   Record and manage support requests.
-   Assist with IT projects and system improvements.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
-   Strong interest in IT and technology.
-   Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
-   Strong customer service and communication skills.
-   Good organisational skills.
-   Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments is advantageous.
-   Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
